To return or refund any purchased items, customers need to contact with the HNSmartbd.com within 3 working days counting from the delivery date.  

Returned product must be unused, unburnt, unworn, unwashed & without any flaws. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. 

Customers must return the purchased items via the same manufacturer packaging/box keeping the product in its original form without any sort of damage. For returning any product, it must be returned with a shipping label & any other tags attached with that item. 

Once we have received retuned good, we shall ensure the product is in the same condition (our technician team will assess and confirm if anything tempered later), the expected refund processing time is 7 to 10 working days. The time required to complete a refund process depends on the refund method you have selected.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you want to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you replace any product and HNSmart delivers the product to your door, you will have to pay for the shipping cost. If you pick the product by yourself than no shipping will be charged.

প্রত্যাবর্তিত পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পোড়া, অপরিষ্কার, ধোয়া ছাড়া এবং কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়াই হতে হবে। পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, ফ্রিবিজ এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে।

গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই একই প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বক্সের মাধ্যমে ক্রয়কৃত আইটেমগুলি ফেরত দিতে হবে যাতে কোনো প্রকার ক্ষতি ছাড়াই পণ্যটিকে তার আসল আকারে রাখা হয়। যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য, এটি অবশ্যই একটি শিপিং লেবেল এবং সেই আইটেমের সাথে সংযুক্ত অন্য কোনো ট্যাগ সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

একবার আমরা ভাল রিটিউন পেয়ে গেলে, আমরা নিশ্চিত করব যে পণ্যটি একই অবস্থায় রয়েছে (আমাদের প্রযুক্তিবিদ দল মূল্যায়ন করবে এবং পরে কিছু টেম্পারড হলে তা নিশ্চিত করবে), প্রত্যাশিত ফেরত প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় 7 থেকে 10 কার্যদিবস। একটি রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময় আপনার নির্বাচিত রিফান্ড পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করে।

শিপিং খরচ অফেরতযোগ্য. আপনি যদি রিফান্ড পেতে চান তাহলে রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের খরচ আপনার রিফান্ড থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে। আপনি যদি কোনো পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন করেন এবং HNSmart পণ্যটি আপনার দরজায় পৌঁছে দেয়, তাহলে আপনাকে শিপিং খরচ দিতে হবে। আপনি নিজে পণ্য বাছাই করলে কোন শিপিং চার্জ হবে না।
